Shopping cart
My first assignment as a newly hired web developer was not a simple one: I was assigned to create pages for the e-commerce section of a website that one of the company’s clients required us to. I had developed a lot of web pages for the previous companies that I had worked for – full time and part time. However, putting a shopping cart on the site is a new experience for me.
I looked up for shopping cart software in the internet and finally discovered one that was developed by Ashop Commerce. This software fits in nicely inside the site that I am writing. I need not develop my own program and this has saved me a lot of time. Furthermore, my boss is pleased that the money investment for the software has paid of; and since then, I had written several other e-commerce websites using this amazing shopping cart software.
